Dr. Matt Butler, DC
Dr. Matt Butler, DC

Dr. Matt Butler, DC, graduated from the University of Windsor in 1989 and, along with his academic achievements, won the prestigious Olympic Shield in swimming which is presented annually to the outstanding male athlete of the year. He then completed a post-graduate degree from the National College of Chiropractic with honours in 1997.

Dr. Matt started his career in Peterborough, Ontario. His passion for athletics as a former world-class swimmer naturally attracted like-minded patients, and as a young motivated Chiropractor, Dr. Matt took on the role as the Head Chiropractor of the OHL hockey team, the Peterborough Petes and the semi-pro lacrosse team, the Peterborough Lakers. In 2001, alongside a colleague, Dr. Matt had his own weekly television series called, "Wellness for Life," which was a huge local success and ran for four years. The show focused on educating the community on all aspects of healthy living.

In 2006, Dr. Matt relocated back to his home town of Windsor, Ontario and opened his current practice, Tecumseh Chiropractic and Wellness Centre. Dr. Matt’s philosophy: "One Body, One Spine" captures his belief that spinal health is the key to overall health and wellness.

Dr. Stephanie Zarins, DC
Dr. Stephanie Zarins DC

Dr. Stephanie Zarins, DC, attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where she graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Stephanie is an Acupuncture Provider, a full-body and Master Active Release Techniques® Provider, certified in Kinesiotaping, cupping and has a certificate in Cranial Sacral Therapy I and II.

Dr. Stephanie also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University where she double-majored in Exercise Science and Pre-Medicine, and minored in Aquatics, French and German.

Dr. Stephanie has an extensive experience working with athletes participating in various sports and of all calibers. She swam competitively and qualified for Canadian Nationals at the age of 12. She was a member of several youth and junior national teams from 1993-1998, including an Eight Nations competition in Cadiz, Spain. Dr. Stephanie achieved a full athletic scholarship at Ball State University located in the State of Indiana. In 2002, she was the captain and assistant coach of the Ball State Women’s Swimming and Diving Team. She also attended two Olympic Trials, where she earned top 10 finishes in Canada. These experiences have helped her understand the importance of proper training, prevention of injuries and treatment needed to succeed.

Dr. Stephanie continues to integrate her love of sports in her professional practice. In 2017, Dr. Stephanie was selected to be the Chief Paramedical Officer for the Fina World Swimming Championship held in Windsor. This entailed working with others to plan and organize the entire therapy for the athletes from around the world, with treatment including physiotherapy, athletic therapy, chiropractic and massage. She was proud of the opportunity to work with the medical team to provide care to the elite athletes.

In 2018, Dr. Stephanie was chosen as the Chief Paramedical Officer for the Canadian Artistic Swimming Championships and treated highly talented synchronizes swimmers. In 2016, Dr. Stephanie participated as a Paramedical Therapist at the Pan Am Games held in Toronto. She treated elite athletes in competitive swimming, diving, synchronized swimming and the pentathlon.

Dr. Stephanie was the chiropractor for the University of Waterloo Swim Team from 2007 to 2009. For the 2009 Special Olympics in Windsor, Dr. Stephanie was an organizer in the event’s athletic department and provided treatment to participants.

Dr. Stephanie has experienced the importance of chiropractic care firsthand. From the age of two, she has received chiropractic treatment on a regular basis. She has benefited from the prevention of injuries and the treatment for various sports and studying injuries. Regular chiropractic care has helped her maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Being active in the community is important to Dr. Stephanie. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Multicultural Council and volunteered at various events including Children’s Games, Carousel of the Nationals, Dragon Boats, Spring Sprint, and speaking at local events on numerous topics, for example, "Building the Right Core Foundation for an Exercise Program" and "Battling Knee Injuries in Sports".

Dr. Stephanie also recognizes the importance of adjustments for the whole family. Being a mother of two little ones that she treats. Dr. Stephanie aims to provide the highest quality of comprehensive care centered on enhancing the patient’s quality of life through the management of pain, and the improvement of functional capacity.

Dr. Randy Busch, DC
Dr. Randy Busch DC

Dr. Randy Busch, DC, was born and raised in Tecumseh, Ontario. Dr. Busch attended St. Anne High School in Lakeshore, and completed a 4-year Bachelor of Human Kinetics (Honours Kinesiology) with Movement Science Major, at the University of Windsor in 2015. He was then accepted at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and completed 4 years of post-graduate education to earn the title Doctor of Chiropractic in June of 2019. During his clinical internship at CMCC, Dr. Busch saw and treated a variety of clinical conditions and patient populations, which helped him develop quality clinical reasoning, diagnosing, and treatment skills.

Dr. Busch’s goal is to provide the town of Tecumseh and Essex County with evidence-based, patient-centered care, with personalized treatment plans to fit the need of each patient. He focuses on identifying and understanding the root cause of his patients’ complaints. Dr. Busch uses a diversified treatment method, including chiropractic adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, modalities, and rehabilitative exercises to allow each patient to reach his/her goals. Dr. Busch is certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture, SmartTools instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, and Mental Health First Aid.

In his spare time, Dr. Busch enjoys running, playing pickup hockey, snowboarding, outdoor activities, reading, and enjoying time with family and friends. Dr. Busch is very excited to be returning to Tecumseh to help give back to the community he grew up in!


Meaghan Kuzniak, RMT
Meaghan Kuzniak, RMT

Meaghan has been a member of the team at Tecumseh Chiropractic and Wellness Centre since 2017. Originally from Leamington, it was during a job fair while attending the University of Guelph that Meaghan was first introduced to the profession of Massage Therapy. Meaghan completed her Massage Therapy studies at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (Kitchener) in 2002.

Meaghan spent 10 years working in a chiropractic clinic in Windsor before taking some time off to start her family. Two children later, Meaghan relocated her massage practice to Tecumseh.

Meaghan has completed additional training in Medical Acupuncture, Prenatal and infant massage, myofascial release, Hot Stone Massage and cupping. Client care is very important to her, whether you are looking for a relaxation massage or a therapeutic deep tissue massage, Meaghan will work with you to ensure your needs are being met.
